Quant Project Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager (no experience required) to join our London office. We are a young thriving Team of highly ambitious people. With the support of our French offices (30+ employees), the UK Team has grown from a one-man band to a lovely team of 7/8 employees and are looking to continue the current level of growth over the next few years.



Main Duties (full training will be provided)


- Quote for projects based on specs & criteria in clients’ requests.
- Overall responsibility for the efficient delivery of each stage of the research project
- Work closely with the Head of Quant in order to assign the right processes to different typologies of clients.
- Acting as the central point of communication you will be responsible for coordinating the efforts of the various departments involved, ensuring that the clients expectations are met in terms of quality, cost and timings.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.



About you:


Self-motivated and willing to support the team
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Good with numbers (i.e statistics)
Strong work ethic, reliable and trustworthy
Confidence to ask questions – e.g. request extra training on systems if unsure of anything.
MS Office, and different media software products
Interested in the world of Market research, and willing to take the time to learn about the Made in Surveys offerings
Excellent Timekeeping.
Ability to multitask.
Friendly and positive attitude
Team Player.
Ability to work effectively as part of a small, dedicated, hardworking team, often under pressure.
An additional language is a plus, ideally French.

Qual Project Executive

CRM administrator

We are looking for a CRM administrator to join our tight-knit and fun team of 7, based near Caledonian Road (N7). This role best suits someone who has a keen attention to detail and an interest in CRM – with dynamism and energy to spare!

MIS Group is a fast-paced Market Research Fieldwork agency with offices in the UK and France. Our friendly and efficient CRM Administrator will be in charge of the various CRM tasks that allows sales to continuously move forward.



Your responsibilities


- Update current contacts and companies in the CRM
- Identify potential new relevant contacts
- Identify new companies & new contacts within the company to be added
- Work closely with the team in order to make sure the CRM is updated accordingly.
- Undertake other administrative tasks as and when required, such as posting and packaging products, etc.
No direct experience required - full training will be provided by our supportive team



Your profile:


- Your keen attention to detail means you never miss a beat
- You have solid IT skills, and feel confident working with databases, CRMs and LinkedIn
- You have an interest / good understanding of what a CRM is and used for
- Your level of English is outstanding (native or near-native, with excellent grammar/spelling)

This is a part time role (20 to 25 hours a week), hours of work to be determined with the successful candidate.
This is an office-based role.
As a team, we regularly organise social events/activities, and love to get stuck in with new ideas!
